This Policy applies to: (a) visitors to our website; (b) users interacting with WitCoin features (reward sessions, quizzes, mini games, referrals, progress tracking); (c) players of WitShells games and apps, including WitShells Arena; (d) clients purchasing or inquiring about our services; and (e) participants in future competitive and educational games using WitCoin.

2. Definitions

• "Personal Data": Information that identifies or can reasonably identify you (e.g., email address, birth date).
• "Usage Data": Anonymized or pseudonymized data about feature interaction (e.g., quiz attempts, reward session timestamps).
• "Platform": The WitShells website, apps, games, and WitCoin engagement layers.

3. Data We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum to respect your privacy.

3.1 Account & Contact Data

• Email address (required for WitCoin; optional for other games, or if you contact us)
• Birth date (to confirm age eligibility and for account security)
• Display name or username (if you choose one)
• Anonymous profile ID (if you play our games without an account)
• Details you send us in project inquiries or support requests

3.2 Engagement & Progress Data (WitCoin and Games)

• Reward session timestamps and earned WitCoin amounts
• Quiz participation, mini game results, and correctness ratios
• Referral codes and referral attribution counts
• Ads watched for rewards
• Match results, scores, leaderboard rank and game progress
• WitCoin and credit balances and their history (earned, spent, redeemed)

3.3 Purchase Data

• When you buy credits, the payment is handled by Google Play. We do not receive your card or payment details. We receive confirmation data such as an order ID and purchase token so we can add your credits.

3.4 Technical & Device Data

• IP address (for security and rate limiting)
• Device model, operating system, app version and language
• Approximate region (inferred, used for anti-abuse and localization)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Advertising ID and ad interaction data, used by our advertising partner (see Section 6)

3.5 Cookies on Our Website

• Essential: Session integrity and security.
• Functional: Remember interface preferences.
• Analytics: Aggregate usage trends using Google Analytics.

3.6 Future Feature Data

Future competitive games, educational tools, sponsor reward programs, and cryptocurrency redemption features may collect additional data such as gameplay stats, leaderboard ranks, learning progress indicators, and optional wallet addresses for crypto rewards. We will disclose any new data categories before those features launch.

• Run our games and apps, save your progress, and maintain your balances.
• Operate WitCoin reward sessions, quizzes, mini games, referrals, and progress tracking.
• Run leaderboards, contests and sponsor rewards fairly (see Section 8).
• Detect cheating, automated farming and fraud, including multiple accounts.
• Show ads and give rewards for watching them.
• Process purchases and deliver the credits you bought.

• Understand how our games are used and fix crashes and bugs.

• Prepare for future token-based redemption or reward mechanisms.

• Consent: Personalized ads where required, non-essential cookies, marketing emails.
• Contract: Providing your account, purchases and the services you request.
• Legitimate interests: Security, anti-fraud, game balance and improvement.

Some of our games and the WitCoin app show ads, including rewarded ads that give you coins or credits. We use Google AdMob for this. AdMob may collect and use your advertising ID, IP address and device information to serve and measure ads. Where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. 7. WitCoin, Credits and Rewards

• WitCoins and credits are virtual items used inside WitShells games and apps. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• They cannot be transferred, sold or traded between users.
• WitCoins can be redeemed for game credits at the rates shown in our apps. WitCoin is not an investment, security or cryptocurrency, and holding it gives no gameplay advantage.
• Having WitCoins may provide certain benefits within games (for example, access to special features), but you cannot earn WitCoins by playing those games. WitCoins are earned only through the WitCoin app.
• In the future, we may offer limited opportunities to redeem WitCoins for cryptocurrency rewards (such as USDT) through the WitCoin app. These are promotional rewards, not a pure exchange, and their availability is at our sole discretion and depends on available funds. They may be offered on a limited, airdrop-style basis.
• We may change how coins and credits work. If we introduce any new type of reward or redemption, we will update this Policy and tell you before it starts.

8. Leaderboards and Sponsor Rewards

• Leaderboards may show your display name and score to other players. Choose a display name that does not reveal your real identity if you prefer.
• From time to time, sponsors may fund rewards for top-ranked players. Sponsors may include brands we approve or collaborate with, and their advertisements may be shown in the app for a set duration.
• Sponsor funds are invested directly into a game pool for a specific game or leaderboard. The leaderboard ranking for that game determines how rewards are distributed. Sponsor rewards are not combined across all games.
• Rules, eligibility and results are published at witcoin.witshells.com.
• To check and deliver a reward, we may need to verify your account and contact you. We do not give sponsors your personal data except what is needed to deliver your reward, and only with your agreement.
• Eligibility may depend on the laws where you live.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with:

• Google services we use to run the apps (for example Google Sign-In, Google Play and Google AdMob)
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers for our backend
• Analytics and crash reporting tools
• Email and communication tools
• Legal or compliance recipients, only when required

Service providers must protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

10. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), rate limiting and monitoring for suspicious activity. Balances and rewards are stored on our servers, not only on your device, to protect against tampering. No system is completely secure. Please report suspected vulnerabilities to us.

11. Data Retention

• Account and contact data: kept while your account is active or until you delete it.
• Anonymous profiles: kept while active. We may delete them after a long period of inactivity.
• Gameplay, reward and referral logs: typically 12–24 months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Purchase records: kept as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.
• Error and security logs: up to 12 months unless needed for an investigation.
• Aggregate analytics: kept in non-identifiable form.

12. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability (where technically possible), or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for ads personalization, cookies or emails at any time. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

13. Children's Privacy

Our apps are designed for all ages. Account creation is required for WitCoin but optional for our other games, and we do not require personal data to play those other games. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. In some countries, a higher age applies for certain features or rewards, and children below that age need a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our service providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections.

15. Automated Decisions & Fairness

WitCoin reward sessions and quiz scoring are straightforward and based on your activity. We may use anti-abuse checks to flag suspicious patterns. No fully automated decisions producing legal effects are made about individuals.

When we add a new game, a new type of data, or a new feature that affects privacy, we will update this Policy and the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also notify you in the app or by email.
